I think the answer would be spend time studying things you find challenging
When people challenge them selfs they get stronger. For example if you go to the gym and lift a heavier weight and continue to do that to where the weight isn’t as hard anymore and you will be stronger . The same is with your brain. if you take the time to challenge it your brain it will be stronger and be able to take on more challenging things
