Solve brackets

6(0.66x-3)>8

Multiply 6 with values in the bracket

So, 6x0.66x and 6x-3

4x- 18> 8

Since 4x and 18 are unlike terms, we will take 18 onto the other side, thus:

4x>8+18

4x>26

Now to find the value of x, divide 4 on B.S

x> [tex]\frac{26}{4}[/tex]

X> 6.5

OR in 'fraction form'

X>[tex]\frac{13}{2}[/tex]
