What is the function of the  managers?

The  manager which can be regarded as the  person that is responsible  for some functions in the organization such as:

  • supervising
  • motivating employees
  • directing the progress of an organization.

And this person is usually responsible for   customer service, who deals with customer disputes and help in  supervision of  customer service agents.

The common managerial roles that can be attributed to a manager can be sectioned into three which are;

  • Informational roles
  • Interpersonal roles
  • Decisional roles.

Managerial roles as expected feom the manager serves as the specific behaviors that is associated with the task that is expected from the management.

Managers do follow and exercise these roles so they will be able to accomplish the basic functions of management.
