I think the answer is if listeners would devote some of their time to listen and if they would pay for an amount to have premium accounts so they can further have more features and gain privileges on songs that they wanted to hear. Another concern is if they had the right design and strategy to gather enough or more listeners on the radio station so they can maintain operation.
