The answer I got was 19/28. How I got it was...
I took the fraction 4 and 3/4 and changed it to 19/4 by multiplying 4x4+3.
Then, you change 7 to 1/7 because that is the reciprocal.
Finally, you multiply 19/4 x 1/7 to get 19/28
