Jane most likely had a Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) it Is a
sensorimotor neurologic disorder characterized by a distressing urge to move
the legs, often accompanied by a marked sense of discomfort in the legs
(aching, burning, pulling, itching, or tingling). It is triggered by rest or
inactivity and is temporarily relieved with movement. It follows a circadian
pattern, with symptoms being most intense in the evening and nighttime.
Disruptive to sleep.
