[tex] x^{a} * x^{b}= x^{a+b}[/tex]
then for [tex] 7^{2}*7^{6}=7^{6+2}=7^{8}[/tex] then a =8 in here
and also [tex] 3^{6}*3^{5}=3^{6+5}=3^{11}[/tex] then a =11 in this example
for [tex]2^{3}*2^{7}=2^{3+7}=2^{10}[/tex] then a=10 in here
