What is dissolution?
Dissolution is a process in which a solute substance will gets easily dissolve in the solvent substance for the formation of solution.
The three methods which we used to increases the rate of dissolution of sugar in a cup of tea are:
- By crushing the sugar before adding in a cup will increases the rate, as crushing increases the surface area of sugar to gets dissolve.
- By increasing the temperature of the tea, dissolution rate of sugar is also increases as it increases the kinetic energy.
- By stirring also rate of dissolution increases as it increases the rate of agitation between the solute and solvent molecules.
Hence stirring, crushing and high temperature is the 3 methods.
